We offer a flexible 24-hour arrival and departure policy tailored to our guests' convenience. To prevent extra fees, guests are required to vacate their accommodation within 24 hours of their check-in time.
We suggest booking in advance to guarantee the availability of your accommodations. Please note that applicable GST and service fees will be added to the room rates. To confirm your reservation, a full or partial deposit may be requested.
Upon checking in, every guest must present an authentic, government-issued identification document (such as an Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License).
Guests must adhere to the designated maximum occupancy limits for their specific room type. Additionally, we kindly ask that everyone maintains neatness and follows standard courteous behavior throughout their stay.
Children under the age of 5 can stay with their parents free of charge, provided no additional bedding is needed. Supplemental beds or mattresses can be supplied upon request for an extra fee.
Fees for cancellations may be imposed based on how much advance notice is provided. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made at the last minute or in the event of an early departure.
Smoking is forbidden inside all guest rooms. Additionally, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in any public or shared spaces.
Guests are financially accountable for any property damage or missing items from the rooms that occur during their time at the homestay.
RT Home Stay retains the authority to terminate bookings or deny lodging to any individual engaging in illegal actions or disruptive conduct.
External guests are permitted on the property only with advance authorization and must leave the premises by 9:00 PM.
